Dr. Pomerantz does participate with CareFirst/Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all others she is an out of network provider but will provide you with statements for submission to your insurance company. Many insurance plans allow you to see an out-of-network provider and will pay for a portion of their services. You are responsible for payment in full at the time of your visit. Dr. Pomerantz accepts cash, checks or credit cards. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will reimburse you directly. The rate of reimbursement varies, depending upon your specific insurance plan. She will be happy to complete any treatment plans which are necessary in order to facilitate your receiving reimbursement from your insurance company but it is important to keep in mind that you are responsible for all payments. and Dr. Pomerantz will not become involved in direct contact or disputes with insurance providers.

My fees are as follows:

• Initial Consultation: $225.00 

• Ongoing individual therapy: $175.00 (per 50 minute session)

• Ongoing Couple/Family Therapy: $200.00 (per 60 minute session)

• School Observations/Team Meetings are not covered by insurance and billed at $250.00 per hour.

• Legal Proceedings $500 per hour.
